there is absolutely nothing special on this disc – everything on this disc is available on previous albums

Really? I don’t think the original version of Answers was officially released yet, and that seems to be on here.

Answers was released in FINAL FANTASY Vocal Collection album earlier this year.

Oh. Did not know that. Can someone upload this bonus disc anyways?

Also, is there an upload for the above-linked Vocal collection somewhere on this forum?

Was the Distant Worlds version of ‘You’re Not Alone’ released on any other album?

You can download it from my blog: VGM Blog: FINAL FANTASY Vocal Collection (http://chaosraiden.blogspot.com/2013/02/final-fantasy-vocal-collection.html)

192 kbps, MP3. Some of the alternate links are dead, so I recommend you to download it from 4shared or Hotfile.

The orchestral version of You’re Not Alone! was first available on the rare Tour de Japon concert DVD that was only available to members of Nobuo Uematsu’s fanclub from what I remember about five or six years ago. But it’s not that hard to find (a rip of it anyway).

As for the original version of Answers, not only was that buried in FFXIV 1.0’s game files as a native .ogg file hidden as a DAT file (ironically to my knowledge it was never actually used anywhere in the game itself), and has long since been ripped (a search on Youtube should find it fairly easily), it will also be included in the upcoming complete FFXIV 1.0 OST album on Bluray (Before Meteor ~ Final Fantasy XIV Original Soundtrack), due for release in September, as well as already being available on the FF Vocal Collection album.

again there isn’t any need to upload this -just grab files from each of the respective osts and you have the album

Not in the game itself, no, but in the End of An Era movie. And I pre-ordered Before Meteor. Dunno if I have any device capable of playing Blu-Ray, though, so…

Yes, but would it really hurt you so badly for it to be uploaded anyways?

uh yeah because it would take more time to rip/convert/tag/upload the disc than it would to just copy and paste some files in a directory. not happening. get it thru your head

Yeah, it would be really hard, with everything automated. One disc, in mp3, already complete tags in vgmdb. That would take, what, half an hour? If you don’t want to, fine, but at least be civil about it. No need to insult Jonah, all he did was just ask for it.
