Deus Ex – The Fall Soundtrack

Hey guys – any chance of a rip of The Fall? I don’t know if its more difficult as its an iOS game… but it’s been a couple of weeks and can’t find a single track anywhere.

I don’t understand why the ”remaining” tracks weren’t released this summer – I thought McCann posted it on his website. Now it’s spring 2014.

they are probably waiting for october 22nd on which day the director’s cut of dhxr will be released. Lets hope so!

I havent played the game myself (so i haven’t heard the in-game music) but is it possible we havent seen a soundtrack because it just used tracks from Deus Ex: Human Revolution/previous DE games?

hey i was able to rip all music and dialogues of the game from android release. i wanted to listen a music. there are some new tracks (which are cool btw and mccann continues his great music experience). anyway, it’s nicely could be ripped to ogg via combo nova software extractor 2.4+bl2 wav2ogg script. i could up this whole pack of sounds+music in ogg if anybody wants

for some reason some of the files seems corrupted but as far as i understand the source file was also been corrupted, cause all playable files were converted successfully

the track names should be inside an xml file. match the ID’s with the names.

i need tracknames for: 00063, 00124, 00299, 00950, 01006, 01252, 01327, 01396. The I’ll be able to release the unique tracks of The Fall in a nice manner : )

well the track names are in the xml file, but the numbers dont match. Please orangie, halp!

Also you cant extract the tracks with just any general ripper, you have to extract the archive itself, on the ios version they were just inside a folder within the IPA file. I am not sure what the structure itself is the anfroid version.

Files from and after "main.4000019.com.squareenix.dxm 02157" seem to be cut off after the first second, though idk if they were originally like that or like you said the corruption. But still, thanks! 🙂

so, could anyone sort this out, finally? I’d do that myslef, but I dont know how.

Is there any progress on a named zip of all the files, in a nice ‘album’ fashion?

the fall has just been announced for pc! March 25th. Maybe then we will get the proper deal, I cant work without those names.

Let’s hope it contains the files tagged with names! This is cool but so frustrating lol

well McCann promised DXHR complete soundtrack, but his webpage hasnt been updated FOR A YEAR. I wonder what’s this man up to. He’s certainly not big on social media.

Arranged all files on the folder by size and this will help a little bit.

Well, as for the cover, i tried to make a first version

It’s just amateur’s work but it does what it is supposed to do.
It’s an aggregation of material found here and there.

The PC version has a soundbank.xml file and the original WEM files are named after the ID’s in the xml file. So you can def work with that.
