I’ve been meaning to upload the Smashing… Live! album, but I always either forget or put it aside to upload something else. I guess this is the perfect opportunity to bump it up the list…

Keep in mind you’ll be downloading the whole shebang, and I’m unsure if scans are included (probably not).

Regarding DISSIDIA 012, you can surely find scans and such over at VGMdb (http://vgmdb.net/album/22764), which completely slipped my mind last time. In regards to the DVD, I had a feeling that was what you were referring to, but since you explicitly noted a CD, it created doubts and I ended up going for the third disc of the soundtrack. Regardless of the blunder, I can still provide you with that glossy disc, but please drape yourself with patience.
