Edit: The .rar file seems to be corrupted? 7zip freezes when trying to unpack, can’t even enter the password…

Just downloaded myself to test, and everything is in perfect working order. Try renaming the 7zip while adding the .7z and try anew.

If nothing, then perhaps it’s a problem on your end.
