I still get a message that it can’t be opened because it’s corrupted when trying to decompress it. Is no one else having that problem?

I unzipped the archive with 7zip, no problem from neither of the mirrors.

It is the complete version (2012) . But it seems that there has been another release (2013), thats the one you refering to.
