I am having a VERY difficult time opening this file. What’s wrong with it? WinZip doesn’t open it, nor does 7Zip. What gives??? Help??

You need to use hjsplit to combine the files… then try opening it with 7zip after (I know i hate them too).
You can get it at.. HJSplit: free file splitting software for Windows, Linux and other platforms (http://www.hjsplit.org/)

You just need to download the 2 parts to the same folder, open the first part with 7-Zip and that’s all ! (you don’t even need HJSplit, 7-Zip can handle split archives perfectly fine).
