Here is the OST of Sonic CD, including both the US and Japanese versions. The CD audio tracks were extracted from publicly available Darkwater-standard disc images and are unaltered. The seven in-game PCM tracks, as well as the Sega/Mega CD boot-up jingles, were recorded from the headphone jack of a Model 1 Genesis with a VA3 revision motherboard. Audio was captured at 24-bit/96kHz with a Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro and Audacity 2.0.3. Also included are 24 short PCM samples which are unused but still buried down in the game code. Didn’t know how to hack these properly, so I simply exported them from the VGM files using Winamp; figured since they were digital audio samples to begin with and not FM-synth it wouldn’t make any substantial difference.
