I have been in love with Mrs. Peel since 1968…….. I had taped ever episode on REEL to REEL tape and listened to them for 30 years… then came the VHS tapes and then the DVDs. I believe I know every episode by heart. But they are such good company. A great pity that Ms. Rigg regularly puts down THE AVENGERS instead of embracing the jewel of a character that she invented for the whole world to enjoy for decades if not forever.
