Stupid country I live in. I can’t play this game, because there are no 3DS cards so we can buy it. >_< I am getting to hate this place and more. I live in the ass of judas country.

Anyone knows if I can play this in my computer? I don’t know… any help would be cool.

to be honest, the game is only 5 levels long, that might be why it isn’t on a 3ds card, i myself got it from the store a while ago

You know the wii card points? You know the xbox card points…?

And then you have Nintend 3Ds card points…. points used to by the DLC games….
Which do not exist in my country.

You shouldn’t need a 3DS card alone. Your 3DS will still take debit/credit, right? Some stores have "unofficial" credit cards so to speak, and I don’t think the NA is the only country that should have that (you could probably order them online too). I used to have a Wal-Mart "credit" card that I used to shop online, and that kind of thing should work for the e-shop too (though I just use my debit card now).

After the hacking scandal on the ps3 (XBOX isn’t safer… No security is 100% secure) I don’t trust any gaming server to hold my card details that’s why I get points/psn/e shop prepaid vouchers, safer than having your bank account being plundered or cards being cloned…. Also digital downloads of games like Fire Emblem…. I prefer to have a cart… You never know if your memory card might get FUBARED and you loose the expensive game

as long as you don’t reformat your game system you can redownload the game and any dlc you bought for it at no cost.
