After watching the movie, the original order of the score just doesn’t feel right to me, so I tried my best to rearrange the order based on my memories of watching the movie twice.

Here’s my list (amendment is welcomed):
1. Isolation
2. The Mandarin
3. Attack on 10880 Malibu Point
4. Return
5. Stark
6. Extremis
7. Leverage
8. Another Lesson from the Mandarin
9. War Machine
10. Misfire
11. The Mechanic
12. Heat and Iron
13. Dive Bombers
14. Culmination
15. Hot Pepper
16. Iron Man 3
17. Battle Finale
18. Dr. Wu
19. New Beginnings
20. Can You Dig It (Iron Man 3 Main Titles)

Not sure if you’re still bugged by this, but if you’ve noticed, many of the tracks here are cues from the film mixed together, for example "Extremis" or "Return" (if you listen closely, you’ll see the point in which one starts and the other finishes is pretty obvious at times). Not even "Another Lesson From The Mandarin" is a full piece, being a mix of the scene when Killian is informed by phone that there’s no traces of Stark on his mansion and The Mandarin is escorted to make a shoot, another part sounds like a piece of his first broadcast at the beginning of the film, and the end of the track is parts of the scene where he appears on Air Force One and kills the accountant.

Bottom line is, pretty much there’s not a definitive order that one can pull out of this score given the way the tracks are presented. So far the only tracks I consider to be from a single scene would be "Iron Man 3", "Isolation" and "Can You Dig It", and probably "Dr. Wu", which I suppose we shouldn’t hear on the regular version of the film (I could be wrong though). Since I downloaded the film last week, I’ll see if I separate and put all the cues in their respective places to see what is what, since by listening here and there I’ve got a good deal of the soundtrack sorted out, but there’s small bits that trip me over… That’s how I’m dealing with this score, at least until a good soul can find and share a complete version in the near future 🙂

On a side note, I’m not sure if they arrange tracks like this for creative license or anything but dear lord… Personally I find it hard to listen to a score without knowing exactly "what" I’m hearing, and arranging tracks like that really bothers me at times, until I get over it and just enjoy it 😀 but at least IM3 is much easier to arrange (which is in part why I decided to do it) than say… 2007s Ghost Rider, which I tried but truly failed since many tracks sounded the same… That’s just overkill.
