These are orgel (music box) tracks that I captured and then split up from a Japanese streaming video site. I believe that the tracks are from the Disney’s Orgel Collection set of CDs, but it’s not complete and there are some tracks here that don’t appear in that set, so I’m afraid I can’t give an accurate origin. Because they’re ripped from streaming video, the sound quality is not amazing, but I think they’re passable. At any rate, I wanted to post them up here in case anybody was interested.

I’d love it if he tackled The Lion King or Bambi. I don’t know if there was anything additional composed song-wise for Bambi, but there was in TLK.

And especially PETER PAN since I???m outside of US and they don???t allow me to buy the digital downloads.
I earlier had a good friend in US who bought these kind of releases for me, but since we lost contact I was left in the limbo.
But is there anyone who have the digital booklets as well?
They seems to only be included if you buy the releases from Amazon, nowhere else 🙁
I have read two of them and they have many interesting facts and pictures about the release and the songs in it.
That should make the download of the LOST CHORDS complete.

I ran into the same problem with missing tracks on Spotify as well, even as a subscriber. Guess the artist didn’t give their approval on those particular tracks.

RE: Ariel’s Christmas Under The Sea on Spotify has the wrong music or song for DECK THE HALLS, if you listen to it, you’ll notice Ariel is not even on it because I listened to samples elsewhere and the Spotify version is wrong.

This issue has to due with the area, or country you are in. Some internet providers and or servers could be blocking you.
Big brother is watching you…..he’s certainly listening to your phone calls in USA anyway.

To test this theory, one thing you could do is install a program that allows you to hide (change) your IP address to another country,
then try to download the file. If it works and you can download the file then you know you are being blocked in your "real" home country.

It appears to be my computer. Links work fine on my wife’s computer. Kinda lame….

I have this in 320 ripped from a FLAC, I can’t find the FLAC though but if you want a higher quality of this.

The Karaoke Series is bad. They lace the instrumentals of all the tracks with unnecessary synths, and in the case of the Lion King one, at least two of the tracks are synth renditions of the Broadway tracks, and bad ones at that.

Rhythm of the Pride Lands, though, I’m sure some people will appreciate that, especially given that it’s a very nicely-done expansion on the material for The Lion King.

I don’t know if this thread can help me with this but here goes…Does anyone have the soundtrack for the Disney Sports Games, or at least point me in the right direction to find them?

An EAC rip is an exact audio copy from the CD. It’s not as good as FLAC, but it’s the best you can possibly get. Some say it’s better than a group rip even though they use the near same standards.

I???m a Disney fan and fanatic.

I love the music, sounds and everything which is connected to Disney.

My heart jumpes each time a new upload comes up here and I try to give back what I have or what I find.

As a newbie this is not much and its great how SuperSoaker, JMoss and all these other uploader sharing their stuff for free.

And I have to tell you that its not important for me if its a poor MP3 or a great flac…..if its re-encoding or high quality.

Its their upload and I have to thank them for giving it to me. No matter in which quality.

At this time I can not buy me a premium account so I have to use zippyshare. But I hope that you will grap my upload before they are gone.

RE: Who Framed Roger Rabbit. I’ve been torn over this for the past year weather or not it is a Disney film or not. I think it started out as NOT, but maybe like Marvel, Disney purchased them, and now it’s Disney ( per say ). I’ve tried to look up what movie studio sponsored the movie and I’ve never seen Disney, but I have noticed some merchandise in Disney using the female likeness on products, so maybe they bought it and will roll out some new merchandise? What say you?

It’s definitely a Disney movie in my view. It was a joint production of Amblin Entertainment and Touchstone Pictures and distributed by Buena Vista Pictures, and both Touchstone and Buena Vista are subsidiaries of the Disney company. They did license characters like Daffy Duck and Droopy from other studios, but the movie was always Disney.

Then-Disney president Ron Miller bought the rights to the book in 1981 (against the advice of CEO Card Walker). After the shake-up which brought Michael Eisner into the fold in 1984, a lot of Ron Miller’s projects were cancelled — but Jeffrey Katzenberg saw what had been done with Roger Rabbit and convinced Eisner to reinstate it. Eisner brought in Spielberg (Amblin Entertainment) for an assist, so original characters had to be approved by both studios. Spielberg arguably made the moves which made Roger Rabbit a hit, but Disney was the studio that made it all happen.

I can understand why some would disagree with my opinion that it’s Disney (after all, if we’re counting movies made by Disney subsidiaries, Pulp Fiction could conceivably count since it was made by Disney-owned Miramax). And I can’t rely on the argument that there’s an attraction based on the movie at Disneyland, because there are also attractions based on Star Wars (which, despite Disney owning it, I have trouble thinking of as a "Disney" movie) and Indiana Jones.

And to be fair, in the end it was Amblin Entertainment who maintained most of the creative control (as well as 50% of the rights).

But I’ve always thought of Roger Rabbit as Disney. At worst, it’s 50% Disney.

It is a Disney Movie. At the time 1988, Disney movies that had a rating other than G were distributed as Touchstone.

Sorry about the "Dead links. They are all uploaded to a Premium payed site $$$$$ to keep them alive like you suggested and … well… they didn’t stay up even 24 hours! I uploaded 45 albums and only had time last night to post 7 of the 45 and all are gone but one. I never had that happen with ZippyShare. They stayed up a lot longer than that. Guess I’ll try something else. I’ve spent all my money so I’ll have to find a new free site to use.

I pay a subscription for licensing to get my fix of Disney. If you need to know all the technical information about these "free" shares, then you should fork out the money and buy it so you can have just the way you want. Consider all these posts as an "evaluation" of the original works, before purchase! This is to be a fun environment of sharing, and not like a business, because that is NOT why I’m here. Download all you find of same album, and play each one and compare it to YOUR ear and decide for yourself which is the best for YOU. An EAC rip of a CD at 128kbps will most likely sound better than a 320kbps conversion. Anything over 192, the ear cannot differentiate the decibels and levels in those ranges unless you’re a youngster, but most adults loose the ability to hear in those ranges as we age. I could go on and on about the technical aspects of such things, but again, it will take the joy out of why I’m even sharing, so I’ll refrain from doing so. I don’t like to take up too much space on my drive, so I put everything at 256kbps. If I were to find a FLAC, then I would convert that to 320kbps. My subscription is based on 320kbps, so I’m knocking it down to 256kbps. You can run a spectrum graph and try to interpret what frequency it giving you, but really all that is a bunch of nonsense. You can tell who is giving you a quality file and who is not. Look for it in the details. That’s why I started this thread because there is a lot of %&#(@ out there and not many take the time to make anything complete of to research the info behind the files.

No I’m not trying to hate, I’m just trying to first get what that other poster was bitching about. re-encoding means various things and since you asked what it means I first need to know where you got the tracks. hence asking if it was a known group rip, rip from youtube etc. No hate from me at all.

download/upload for torrents likely is why isp got involved. usually isp does not send warning for anything else that i have heard.
also perhaps because you had paid account so they could see true identity is why other warning. one thing you could do – use tor and upload with disposable email address. it will slower than without tor, but more secure, and no trail to back you. warning and can throw away account and get another no sweat.
also use free host if possible – not last as long, but it is way to get it out there and no trail back you. free links going down is part of shrine life here. we have to trust other to reupload or reupload self. mega and depositfiles seem lasting longest right now. i would spread across different hosts. that way, one account banning, so are other files ok.

dmca warnings usually for scaring. if you follow and remove access for warned files, it is ok.

I have received word from a very reliable source that Disney is in talks with Frank McCrady, CEO of the East Montgomery County Improvement District to purchase land in New Caney Texas just outside Houston for an all new theme park!!! Yes you read that right.. Disneyland Texas!

According to my source the land outside Houston was being developed for an Amusement Park already but developers ran out of funding when the economy took a downward turn. The original park would have been called Earthquest.

These are orgel (music box) tracks that I captured and then split up from a Japanese streaming video site. I believe that the tracks are from the Disney’s Orgel Collection set of CDs, but it’s not complete and there are some tracks here that don’t appear in that set, so I’m afraid I can’t give an accurate origin. Because they’re ripped from streaming video, the sound quality is not amazing, but I think they’re passable. At any rate, I wanted to post them up here in case anybody was interested.

Regarding "MUSIC VACATION" …. The Second CD is actually Song #7. There is only one song on the second CD and I incorporated it into one CD as song #7.

These are the original jmoss 2006 files. It is 320bit and sounds better than any other version I’ve downloaded. Looks like it has not been re- compressed more than once but am not sure. What software do you use to tell such a thing?

Someone on one of threads mentioned they use Spek to check their audio files to see if they have been altered in any way. Looks like the program may be open source and cross platform so should work no matter what operating system your using.

Thanks for the new files, Hatbox Ghost. To my ear, they sound the same as the previous files, except that they’re not split into individual tracks. Too bad…the orchestrations are gorgeous, but played on any speaker larger than a laptop, they just won’t work. 🙁

I like this rip, but there is some strange digital clipping going on with it, most notably about halfway through Electrical Light Parade. Is this due to the noise removal used to clean up the rip?

Not sure why the sound is weird on there. It’s that way on my file as well and I don’t have another copy of this album. It very well could have been recorded that way back in the day and our ears notice those discrepencies with our newer equipment, but it does sound off after 2 minutes for awhile. That’s all I have on that album.

Need your help…. I love having all the artwork for my music. Been working on "Toy Story 02" OST and I found a nice cover, a rather dull looking ( Back Image from Amazon ) and that is it. This title does not come up much on my searching and I would like to have the CD Image, booklet, or whatever else someone might have to share with me. Thank You. 🙂

I have decided to close my threads and merge content with this thread so it will be easier for everyone to find their "Disney Fix" all in ONE place. This was done by my doing, my choice. I was not bullied into doing it. I was not threatened into doing it. I was not paid to do it. I believe Mr. Gold is going in the right direction here and I support him with his endeavors here and hope you will too and add what you have in your library. I still am not seeing too many different names showing up with content being posted and stop saying you’d post if you knew how and so on. Just do it already. Ask if you need help, we’re all here to help. How do you think we all figured out how to do this? Just ask for help.
