🙂
I really don’t know how valid they were though.
King Arthur has a lot of debate on its authenticity of it being true lossless.
Black Hawk Down mostly seems to be just some sort of mix of the album or some other mix that’s really not worth having.
The Ring was about the only real thing I thought worth having if there were any different editions/mixes.
Sadly, I don’t think there were any real mixes or albums of these releases.
Save, whatever The Ring had to offer, which mostly ever given along with The Ring 2 snippets.
I’ve never seen The Ring as a stand-alone. Only as a shared album with content from the second movie.
Your best bet is to actually take what you see and live with that.
I personally found the original Japanese Ringu to be more enjoyable than Zimmer’s The Ring.
I haven’t seen anything about a 3CD.

That said, a legit film mix of BLACK HAWK DOWN would be fantastic.

I wonder which version of the ring to get…
There’s one on h-z.com and some other versions floating around
I have the 3 disc set, it’s fake. Think about it. That’s a major Zimmer score, how many major Zimmer scores have leaked? OTHER than TDK trilogy and The Lion King. Also, you have to take into account who posts said scores. SnAkEsInPaNtAlOoNs isn’t gonna show up one day and post something like that. TDK came from Takehiro, TDKR and The Lion King from Scorepranos, and I won’t say where BB came from. Also, ALL of the scores I just mentioned have their slates. That’s something else to consider. Black Hawk Down doesn’t have them. Why? Because no average Joe has the real sessions. I’m not saying slates definitely prove a score’s legitimacy, but it’s definitely a factor
Sufficient enough for you, I suppose. I like my music to flow nicely and not have shitty chopped up edits. But to each their own

I found the 2CD that listed in HZ.com Tracklist (http://www.hans-zimmer.com/index.php?rub=disco&id=554)
2CD/320K – Link: Here (http://narod.ru/disk/44186534001.d23228dd47aace224f664c04420fa231/KingArthurscore.rar.html)
I don’t know what the source of that fake! but i don’t think it’s a dvdrip at least (for me) it’s better than the complete fake 3Cd sessions(dvdrip) of Black Hawk Down..i wonder why that’s fake listed in Hz.com when i tybe King Arthur in search tap i saw 2 results of the official one and the complete 2Cd… I need more details..DAK.
Fake meaning not legit. It’s as fake as all the Inception "Sessions". This is most likely a combo of OST, DVD, and possibly expanded. It’s not the real sessions, simple as that. What’s so hard to grasp about that?
You mean that all music we can hear with this 2-hours-complete-score-2CD from King Arthur is from the OST, a DVD Rip, or the expanded ?? Come on… This edition contains the entire score from the movie, and some alternate tracks… So what is the source for that ? It’s clearly not just a combo of OST, DVD, and expanded… Sure there’s more than that !!
And by the way, what’s so hard for you to be pleasant ??? Your last question is useless…

Explain how the 3-Disc 63-track Gladiator "complete" contains nearly 3 + hrs of music, but its fake. Riddle me that, Batman > http://forums.ffshrine.org/f96/gladiator-complete-score-86671/#post1795628
The 2cd set, not the 3cd one, is real. I have checked track by track together with the movie and it matches perfectly.
Well then someone should trace it’s roots and see where it came from. I just really don’t think it’s real, and the proof of that is the edited track I mentioned above. But I’ve never seen the film, so I’m not going to doubt you. If you say it’s complete, than by God, it must be the real thing
First, DK, your attitude sucks. There is no reason to ridicule or insult anyone seeking info. Someone genuinely wants more info, and you mock them as if you are some all knowing member? You are not. I remember when you started. You knew shit about any of this. I am disappointed at the path you and others have chosen. Instead of an exchange of info, what the shrine is now is a hostile, often brutal pit you survive to find a few goodies. Shame on you.
Also, the 3 cd Gladiator I posted a while back is not fake. You know where I got it. So, to assert it is, you are either a liar or an idiot. Perhaps both. BTW, edited tracks do not mean a thing is fake. It does mean it is not a set of raw untouched sessions, but nothing more than that. All of you are better than this petty snarking. Or were, once.
Reason why I never would’ve bothered is because I could not possibly have the slightest interest in these scores at all, or anything else coming from HZ and Co that isn’t Batman.
I wasn’t willing to bend over backwards (with a dead laptop) and was nearly accused of not providing passwords for some stuff for him, but I let it slide.
Thank you Amanda for finally realizing why online forums like this aren’t worth the hassle and why it’s so important to step away from the keyboard. I’ve been saying that to you for a while now, and I’m glad you found your own path to that realization on your own, as difficult as it was. You ever want to contact me away from here, send a PM and I’ll give you my info. Otherwise, I wish you well and thank you.
No Amanda, Dak is talking about the Gladiator complete 3Cd(dvd) like the Black Hawk Down 3cd. not yours and no one dare to say that your edition is fake..
King Arthur is 100 % legit. While the first, shorter, "expanded" version was fake as in a fan made version, mainly using the OST and a Rupert Gregson-Williams compilation promo, the longer one (King Arthur (Complete Score) Soundtrack – Hans-Zimmer.com (http://www.hans-zimmer.com/index.php?rub=disco&id=554)) is not a fan made version. The socalled 3 CD version is the same, only with a lot of unnecessary stuff added to it. Like the OST tracks, which is just short edits, as well as the cues from the RG-W promo, which also are just short edits (and certainly not "film versions").
That something is not having the slates included have nothing to do about something being fake or not. It’s just in the last few years those have been more common to have included. Also, having a glitch (or whatever) in a track doesn’t mean anything either. Nor that it’s not lossless.
I never said that those were facts to prove something’s legitimacy or not, I said they definitely…ah, fuck it. I give up. A friend and I were discussing this issue earlier, and this friend told me something very true: ignorance is bliss

How you mistake a legitimate complete score for a fake DVD rip is beyond me, and I pray that day never comes when I shamefully mistake something of such high value (not monetary value, but for a score as grand as Gladiator) for something so worthless
Well well well… All this conversation for a movie you didn’t even watch ??? So you don’t even really know his score… So, it’s your turn to trust us…King Arthur Complete is real 😉
I already said that….in the exact post of mine in which you quoted me. If you guys all swear it is, I don’t doubt you. And I’ve never seen the film, it looked awful. I remember the marketing department "enhanced" Kiera Knightley
Which King Arthur is fake and which King Arthur is real?
Do this in point form with links to track lists.
I have a 2CD expanded. Probably the one that everyone has.
It repeats everything.

It exists a complete score 2CD which is real…Then a "fake" recording sessions 3CD which uses the 2CD edition + 1 CD with extras. Here two covers :
