🙂
Thank you!
Thank you for this version of the great "The Big Country" (I only have the LaLaLand version and I am quite curious to compare).

No need to thank me. All thanks goes to Wimpel for ripping and uploading. And Wimpel, in case you see this, I hope you don’t mind my re-upload… 🙂
Unfortunately this is quite difficult when dealing with music for cinema (skipping the typical tunes we always know), where different recordings of the same notes are more than often regarded as a redundant, just the opposite you can feel in classical music.

Wow, thanks!!!You did my day with that!!!
Not sure if there are too many more recordings of Moross music, besides these and the others you can find in this forum (if I checked correctly before posting this). Maybe I will rip and upload them in FLAC if I get the free time needed.
with your permission behold the suite
which is located in Movie Suites (http://moviesuites.blogspot.com.br/)
The Big Country Movie Suite
Music by Jerome Moross
"This 1958 Western movie suite starts with swirling strings that paint a picture of the expansive west as the rest of the orchestra joins in to give us a legendary main theme that is another one of the very best rated of all time. You have probably heard this music before, but if not, you should give this movie suite a listen. With a timing of 25:12, I hope you enjoy. -MJ"
