The third American score, was posted here sometime ago. In one of those Pokemon threads. It was apparently "straight from composer" deal, since it was sfx free and shit.
(And I believe it was pretty much complete)

Thanks man, but unfortunately that’s just the released stuff.
I’m looking for the tracks that don’t appear on the CD, such as the track that plays in the second movie when the reporter is going on about the freakish underwater current that is sweaping the oceans, or the song that plays right before slowking says his most famous line, "I could use pants." neither one of those are on the cd.

After I downloaded it I notice that. The description is very misleading. The guy might say whatever he wants. That is MISLEADING. I thought it was a rip of the missing music.
