A Rare (Well, not anymore) and very overlooked/unappreciated score by Klaus Badelt!
I grew up watching this movie a lot and remember this score fairly well. So I got extremely excited when Klaus posted this on his website and Soundcloud. This is 99.99% complete, the only cue missing is the one 10 sec cue that plays during the Grocery Cart Race. But then again, its just strings playing one note… for 10 seconds. You’re not missing much. BUT! This does include the music from the Grandpa G "Snake" Commercial. So that’s a nice bonus!
Overall, even though its very simple and sometimes repetitive. I really love the score, especially the main theme for Brian and Jessie (4m11, 4m11v1, 4m11v2 and a couple more). And you guys might have heard some of this score elsewhere. For example, I’ve heard 1m1 plenty of times on TV commercials and animated kids shows. And 4m11 has been used a few times on E! News and Teen mom.
BTW, if you haven’t seen this film yet, I HIGHLY suggest you do. Its Hilarious!

Welcome aboard! This is looking and growing to be a norm so I would like to add my own thank you to this! 😀
Most people haven’t heard of this film. It was a small budget film and only released in 400-500 theaters nationwide! But I do love it! (Mainly for nostalgia reasons.) But also because it has a lot of things in it for everyone. Its extremely funny, has a cute romance story that ISN’T annoying, some pretty awesome Extreme Sports, all wrapped around a road trip! And this nice, beautiful score has a kick-ass soundtrack to go along with it!
It also has a couple of (somewhat) well known actors. It has Dante Basco who played Rufio in "Hook" and Jake Long in disneys "American Dragon", and A.J. Buckley who is a regular on C.S.I New York.

Listen to 1m1 and 4m11 and see if you recognize those themes.
