I had this on normal CD audio, but time terminated it… I fear a lot of discs on my collection suffers now from tiny empty dots.

I find that original CDs from the 80s’ are better than any remasters, no matter if it’s red book or "super" cd. I have doubts this even has the dynamics of the old original CD.
