Yep at least here (EU version), you get a code to redeem online (one-time only) for 10 tracks:

These 10 tracks are 320kbps so I assume the remaining tracks (which you can buy separately on the same site) should also be 320kbps.

Peter Graves confirmed this in an interview. He told they planned to release 10 exclusive tracks for the survival edition, but for some reason I forgot it wasn’t possible. He will post hours of unreleased tracks from the game on Soundcloud, but those will only be 128k files.

Okay, so this 320 release is straight from the Tomb Raider store? Just trying to figure out what’s the best quality right now.

So that’s 28 tracks total, when you count the two official release tracks (http://tombraider.tumblr.com/post/44632082740/1-000-000-fans-and-counting-and-weve-done-it). Plenty of music for me.
