Just one thing I wanted to bring up: track 8 in the doujin album Ys VI – The Return appears to be somewhat damaged. Not sue if you can track down a replacement, but it just seemed worth mentioning.

What seemed wrong with it, if I might ask? I just played through it a couple of times.

This is a longshot but can anyone reupload the NES, MSX and Master System rips of Ys 1-3? The links for all of those seem to be down unlike the more modern stuff.
