Oddly… To the Land Beneath the Waves always strikes me as a lament to summer’s end… the feel of Autumn entering the air, all crisp and with a slight chill as the gulls echo a mournful farewell. This is one of maybe a half dozen recordings in this genre that remains classic…

if I like the music half as much as your description, then all is well 😉

I am astonished that anyone would be dubious of one of my recommendations! By now shouldn’t it be recognized that I have superlative taste in music? 😉
