Wonky translation, especially track 10. The other track names are names of historical figures. I actually just used the track names from the parentheses ^^"

The title of the show could be translated as "Exuberance in the Genroku (Period)". According to Wikipedia, "a sense of optimism is suggested in the era, hence the name choice of Genroku meaning "Original happiness".

The NHK Symphony Orchestra does only perform the main theme, conducted by Kazuyoshi Akiyama. According to this low quality photo (), the other tracks are conducted by the composer himself. I just cannot figure out from the blurry text what ensemble/orchestra is performing.

I will definitely give this one a listen. Thank you again for your work, Herr Salat. Tracks 2~12 are performed by Tokyo Concerts. Source (http://artist.cdjournal.com/d/-/3199070666) (in Japanese)

Detailed tracklist (Not that many of you care):
1. Genroku Ryoran Main Theme
2. Will is Winds and Clouds and the Candidate
3. Spring’s Remnant (Theme of Naganori Asano, The Head of Naishouryou)
4. A Petal of a Flower (Theme of Aguri)
5. Ako Uruwashi
6. If the Evil Flower Does Not Mature (Theme of Tsunayoshi Tokugawa)
7. Sorrow’s Crimson is Apparent (Theme of Someko)
8. The Creaking Wheel of Fate (Theme of Okajima Tadashi)
9. Endless Ambition (Theme of Yoshiyasu Yanagisawa, The Head of Dewa)
10. The Corridor of Bloodshed Pine Tree
11. Like Lust and Cluster of Flame (Theme of Kira Yoshihisa, The Head of Kouzukenosuke)
12. Theme of Genroku Travel Record
Due to the nature of the poetic, abstract titles, I can’t guarantee 100% accuracy, but they should give you a good idea of the mood of each track. I sense very Japanesese-que sound from the titles…

There are too many metaphors… It’s an absolute nightmare to translate without the result sounding like broken English. The translation is not perfect by any means, but it should serve its purpose.
