You post the Demos here before(with slate numbers) i am sured there’s no difference, and here Cd3 contains all Alts & 2 Suites from the Ost and for you know this version missed track "Paddy Wagon (Insert)" you will find it in the Demos, so Guys, this is a ReEdit of the Demos, i think the Demos is better.

The demos seemed different to me

I have the edition for which you posted track list, Lockdown… The exactly same one. It seems to be demos…differently ordered.

There isn othing out there except the demos. But personally, those demos did have excelelnt quality, I think! At least it’s better than the quality of the Harry Potter seven demos. Not that I wouldn’t be interested in HP8 demos, but I’m just saying the potc4 demos are really top-notch quality.

If this is 320k then it’s not wav/flac (lossless). But the filesize is weird.
