MIKL�S R�ZSA: The Lost Weekend / Blood on the Sun (OSTs) FLAC

This is a 1990s Tsunami release transferred from two LPs produced a decade earlier
by noted film music historian Tony Thomas. Those were based on the original soundtrack
tapes for The Lost Weekend and Blood on the Sun. The Lost Weekend of course
is one of Mikl�s R�zsa’s acknowledged masterpieces (the score of his that should have won the
1946 Oscar, not Spellbound), while Blood on the Sun is a minor but nifty and typically polished
action/suspense score full of the expected "oriental trimmings". 😉
