This one was my first attempt so it’s kind of basic. I hadn’t figured out how to use panning envelopes so any placement I used was constant throughout the entire track. Might redo this one day.

A little more advanced one. I even started to map out my own drum patterns using the two samples instead of repeating the same, original rhythm.
I just started working on a new one and I made a soundcloud to upload my tracks as I work on them and explain the methods used.

So I was just trying to see if any of these sound decent to you guys since I couldn’t really think of any other game music forum to ask. Check them out and listen to a few, let me know what you think!
I am curious how you "strip" the audio tracks. I’d like to be able to do the same thing with some Genesis and SNES Music, and maybe even some Atari and SID stuff. I tried recording from the system mix but I could never sync the tracks properly… 🙁
