Cared Refine question

ok so i beat this game a few times and i know that at the end of the game when you are in time compression you can aquire any cards you may have missed from the cc group in the ragnarok….im on disc 1 and was about to refine my quistis into 3 samantha souls, im just wondering If i do refine it, can i go back to the trepe groupie and win the card back after i refine it? just like winning it back in time compression?

If memory serves me right, you should be able to win back most refined cards from those very same folks only on the Ragnarok, or by challenging that "Card Queen" lady on CD 4…. the latter should give you access to any card you might have missed, too. It would be pretty weird if the game allows you to just win back the card from the character, once refined. It would break it too soon… "Wait, a minute, let me stock", not that it really needs it. Hell, you don’t even have to level up to finish this game.

Anyway, I’m pretty sure the only card you lose forever once refined is that "Koyokoyo" UFO card.
