I can direct you to streamed rip of both titles by HCS which are easily playable in any of the most common players but only with vgmstream plugin installed. Also I can add some (definitely not all but anyway) intro and outro tracks for the 2nd one since the rip of ATV offroad fury 2 I`m talking about misses them entirely.
So here (http://psf2.joshw.info/a/)`re rips (the 2nd one is even tagged!) and plugin (http://hcs64.com/vgmstream.html) itself (although without external libraries).

The intro and outro tracks (http://www.sendspace.com/file/i4njcu)
As for opening those archives with your current archiving program of choice – obviously you should update it if it`s not even capable of dealing with 7z files. However 7z support must have been added to WinRAR many years ago.
