If anyone is interested in Ryuichi Works in Rutracker there are a link with all his works/soundtracks/compilation/collabs till 2009late2010. And 95% in 320 kbps.

Thanks for sharing these two albums Akashi-san – I had neither of them.
BTTB refers to "back to basics" and is a simple, gentle collection. Track 3 is from the film Poppoya, which is set in a railway line in snowy north Japan, and reflects the cold and the nostalgic smell of steam trains (shameless link to my posting of the soundtrack Thread 127987).
