Thanks for the link Yannis. However I’d like to report that the FLAC version is not real lossless. I checked the sonogram of various tracks and they all show some frequency cut off at around 16k which means it’s a lossy source.
Did you rip this from your own cd or was this ripped by someone else? I ask because it could be that Varese also screwed up like they did with the US pressing of Silvestri’s G.I. Joe, where they provided a lossy master file for cd replication.

I think that Varese screwed up….. i also saw the spectrum analysis, it seems like it is lossy but the spectrum and frequency analysis look better than a normal MP3 320 losssy file… i have the feeling it has been compressed weirdly…
