Wishlist: "The Sea Hawk"- Previn conducts Korngold in FLAC File Format
You aren’t insane,nor deaf.
Unfortunately, the only surviving complete master scoring element was the 1/4 inch mono tape. The "soundtrack" album is in stereo and sounds pretty darned good, though it will never be comparable to an Elmer Bernstein Ava collection recording.
Tip for anyone converting to mp3: I had to convert the one big flac file to a wav first. Then, my converter was able to use the .cue to create the multiple tracks.
Who has a working link to the FLAC version?
Thanks.
