How to post a new request in the Music Forum

Hi !! This is the first time I am trying to post a Request for an album and really have no idea of how to go about this. Some input would be much appreciated. Thanks

When I posted the first request some one wrote it is supposed to be in the Request section which I did not understand so this query to make it formal. Thanks anyway.
