Not just Yannis, but everybody. Personally, I couldn’t care less as it’s clear it’s automated, so there’s nobody to shout at. Posts are copied even where there aren’t any download links at all; "please PM me for links" message included. It’s a bot. Don’t get mad, just ignore them. You could probably post a fake album called "F**K OFF THIEVING ARABS!" and it’d end up on their website all the same.

DUDE!!! Everyone posts our stuff all over the place. There was a site (no names please) that had actually BANNED me for apparently using a score that I supposedly got from their site and then posted it HERE!
I tried to tell the jerk that owned the site that I did NOT get the score from his site, and showed him where I did get it, but he banned me just the same, then I noticed that they were having a BUNCH of similar postings to our site here! But, thankfully, that site is now dead and gone, and will trouble us no more! 🙂

But, it happens that people will grab our stuff and post it all over. But, then again, we are here to SHARE, Right?

I think many sites steal music posted on some specific sites…….from that site I would let my fingers….it looks extremley obscure…….not only quite everything written in arabic….the optical presentation of that site is extremley obsure……..perhaps its a bunker for tons of trojans and other computer bombs…..xD…….In my opionion such obscure sites only should be ignored or blocked…….

Yes William as I say to a dear friend of mine here…the post i made…are made for traveling the WEB, is nothing we can do again…and finally that’s not disturb me at all…when I post a "file", the file is not mine anymore !!!!

It’s actually very common for just about any messageboard around for any subject. Entire boards of varying subjects basically cloned by bots, Arabic or otherwise. It’s a little creepy, very strange, but also very common. Internets is funny that way. I first found out about this a couple of years ago. I was a member of DVD Talk and was shocked to find thread after thread cloned going back years by these things. Thought it was some kind of bizzaro conspiracy at first.

It’s like a web crawler (GoogleBot being the most common).

It doesn’t copy selected files, it just clones boards at random. If you think this is limited to ffshrine, it’s not even remotely close. It can happen to any board.

ah ok…..you mean specific attacks on certain boards……..and is there no protection or counter measueres possible? such as sending a malware feedback signal that corrupts or overloads the other site
