Daily limit on some filehosts

There is a daily limit, apparently that they’ve put up

If anyone knows when they reset the limit each day, here would be a good place to post it so everyone can know

I myself don’t know except that its not at 0:00 hours and not 7:00 hours and not 22:00 hours in Baar

I also don’t know whether its per file limit per day or per uploader per day
