THE SOUNDTRACK
This complete soundtrack consists of 50’s period tracks such as Nat ‘King’ Cole’s "Orange Colored Sky", "I Remember You" and "Paper Doll" by the Mill’s Brothers.
Jim Cox and The Spencer Wyatt Big Band supply the bouncy Blues tracks "Aunt Hagar’s Blues", "Blues In The Bucket" and "Boogie Woogie Stomp".
Mark Isham plays the haunting piano score (repeatedly through the film) in tracks such as "Stan Finds Luke", "Luke And Adele", "I Will Never Truly Leave You" and "The Girl With All The Answers".
I’ve also included a few oddities from the film "Klaatu" and "Gort, The Visor, The Telescope" (from 1951 The Day the Earth Stood Still) .
*UPDATE 07/17/2014*
The `film within a film` "Sand Pirates of the Sahara", uses music from classic Hollywood films, scored by Erich Wolfgang Korngold:
"Love Theme" and "Mysterious Voyage" – "Between Two Worlds" (1944 film version),
"Jealousy" – Of Human Bondage (1946), "Fight in the Dark" – "Sea Wolf" (1941) and
"Horseback Riding" – "Captain Blood" (1935).
Included in this version is a special mix of "Sand Pirates of the Sahara";
recreated from some of Korngold’s original soundtracks.
All in all, it’s an interesting soundtrack.

Enjoy!

Thank you so much.
If you have not seen this film, people, PLEASE do yourself a big favor, and watch it. It’s a nice romantic drama, based on true facts from the 1950’s and the whole commie scare from Senator McCarthy, and the Hollywood black list terror, that affected everyone, even Lucille Ball! (fact!) I’m just glad that we don’t have anything like that in Hollywood today, just in the US (with the whole ‘Patriot Act’ witch hunt going on!)
Great soundtrack, nice share. Too bad some of the tracks have SFX in them, but still, all in all, a great effort!

I fully agree. Jim Carrey was just wonderful in one of his few non comedic roles.
BTW I have a subtitle file for the movie.

Wow, really nice!
Thanks.
The film within a film "Sand Pirates of the Sahara", uses music from classic Hollywood films, scored by Erich Wolfgang Korngold "Of Human Bondage” (1946), "Between Two Worlds", "Sea Wolf" and “Captain Blood” (1935).
– Good news, I was able to identify the last 19 seconds of "Sand Pirates" as "Horseback Riding" from "Captain Blood" (1935).
– Also I identified the majority of the missing music "Love Theme" and "Mysterious Voyage" from "Between Two Worlds" (1944 film version) .
– But believe it or not, I finally identified the last 5 seconds of missing music "Fight in the Dark" from "Sea Wolf" (1941).
So here it it is, the complete "Sand Pirates Of The Sahara" track list.
Sand Pirates (ficticious film) – Erich Wolfgang Korngold
INFILM TRACK
00:00-00:21 = 01:41-02:09 Love Theme (Between 2 Worlds) "(Raisinetes & Jujubes)"
00:21-00:29 = 01:13-01:18 Love Theme (Between 2 Worlds) "(shaking Candy)"
00:29-00:41 = 01:27-01:40 Love Theme (Between 2 Worlds) "Father Did We lose Them"
00:41-00:56 = 00:27-00:43 Mysterious Voyage (Between 2 Worlds) "The Inner Chamber"
00:56-01:16 = 02:11-02:39 Love Theme (Between 2 Worlds) "The Lovely Emily"
01:16-01:24 = 01:42-01:51 Mysterious Voyage (Between 2 Worlds) "Hands Of Khalid"
01:24-01:35 = 00:35-00:46 Jealousy (Of Human Bondage) "You Thought Wrong"
01:35-01:40 = 01:34-01:39 Fight In The Dark (Sea Wolf) "Let Her Go"
01:40-03:11 = 01:20-02:45 Jealousy (Of Human Bondage) (middle removed) "I Get That Alot"
03:11-03:30 = 03:03-03:21 Horseback Riding (Captain Blood) "I’ll Be Fine"
Oh and BTW, you may notice that my times don’t match exactly.
I suspect this is because "Sand Pirates" and the other Korngold movies are played at a slightly different pitch.
