– There is one insert (32s) missing, between tracks 56/57. All other music (instrumental/songs) are represented in this version.
– A lot of tracks were (cross)mixed from different cues, to match the film version as closely as possible. Also, sometimes Sound FX had to be added, from the lossy source, or from an alternate sound library.
All tracks are compiled from these releases:
——————————————–
– PH01 – Pearl Harbor (2001, Original OST, flac) – Hans Zimmer / 9 tracks
– PH02 – Pearl Harbor (2001, 3CD Complete, 320k) – Hans Zimmer / 99 tracks
– PH03 – Pearl Harbor (2001, Expanded, eVBR) – Hans Zimmer / 20 tracks
– PH04 – Pearl Harbor (2001, Expanded, flac) – Hans Zimmer / 44 tracks
– PH05 – Pearl Harbor (2001, Rare 90′ No SFX, 320k) – Hans Zimmer / 26 tracks
– PH06 – Pearl Harbor (2001, Recording Sessions, 128k) – Hans Zimmer / 66 tracks
– PH07 – Pearl Harbor (2001, Unreleased, 256k) – Klaus Badelt / 8 tracks

Note1: This is a custom edit of the original score as heard in the movie. All tracks are presented chronologically. This Ultimate Edition is the result of a combination of various source material (the original bluray dts/dolby track, recording sessions, bootlegs, source music and the original OST), carefully edited together, resulting in one of the best score mixes for this movie, possible. All tracks are rendered in the best quality, however, depending on the source, not all tracks have lossless quality. This edition recreates the original mix with previously unreleased music and edits, completely SFX free. It’s made for true fans. Not only is this a close recreation of the original mix, it also features original voiceovers, that were carefully edited in the process. I really hope you enjoy this release, it’s been very carefully and precisely mixed, true to the theatrical cut by Michael Bay.
Note2: Please use playlists for optimal listening experience. The Ultimate movie experience playlist features all tracks with source music/voiceovers, The Ultimate OST experience has only instrumental tracks.
Note3: Unused tracks, alternates, trailer cues, etc… are not available on the Ultimate Edition. They are not part of this series, for a simple reason, they are not part of the movie, and are already available on other releases. So if you want them, search the forum. My edition is the exact representation of cues as heard in the movie, nothing more and nothing less.
Note4: Some cues may sound cut off, or harshly edited, but it is based on the original mix, and oftenly in the movie, tracks are faded in/out or cues are mixed with Sound FX to make the transition work.
Note5: Also, most tracks are the exact same version as heard in the movie aka ‘the film version’, either taken straight from the original recordings (or other releases), or mixed by me to make it a ‘fan created’ film version.
Note6: For the record, this Ultimate edition is not a Complete edition. However, I try to come as close as possible to feature everything ‘as heard in the movie’ with custom edits and mixes.
Thank you very much.
Thank you!

Anakinbetrayal pointed out a few mistakes in my compilation, fortunately it’s not that much work, but have to re-upload my file… this will take some time.
But I haven’t released the links to anyone yet… so hold on a little longer guys, it’s coming your way soon!
EDIT: You forgot to add the Jerry Bruckheimer Films logo in the back cover.
Thank you for the link. 🙂
Thanks in advance !

Anakin again again…. thanks god he was part of the shooting and dated Kate this is why he knows so well the score because every time he listens to it, it reminds him of his short love story
VERY curious to hear the new final version, please send PM
Hope you enjoy!
meaning exactly?
In case if someone wants to create the ultimate score on separate discs… less than 80 minutes on each one.
Thanks!!
I do not understand this system download.thank
Thansk for sharing.
thank you
Having little knowledge of the score, I can’t comment on the details of your compilation efforts; instead I tagged mentally their quantity with the note "~350 lines readme". Again, thanks for it.
Of course you have moved heaven and earth collecting material, but this petition for the rest won’t harm: please, if somebody has them, provide him the recording sessions in better quality than 128kbps. 🙂

That’s being saved for the Super Duper Ultra Mega Deluxe Funktastic "Eat this you Jap suckers" Special Edition. Coming next week whenever someone finds a a new :15 second track that has not been released before.
PM please
Let me resume all editions we know :
– Original Score
– Isolated DVD Score (musics from 4-DVD edition Director’s Cut)
– Expanded Score (partly released with Original CD and Isolated DVD Score)
– Almost Complete Score (first real bootleg leaked… No SFX…but incomplete unfortunately)
– ChiefDundee Complete Score 3 CD, with 2 suites. This edition was the first complete edition grouping all tracks from previous editions…some tracks contain SFX
– Klaus Badelt’s Cues (with Courage, No SFX !!)
– Sessions (finally leaked few weeks ago !!!)
– Bgray edition
– StRuPiE edition
Then, I created a list with all existing tracks, with Alternate / Film version / Unused / Trailer music etc… Here it is :
Some comments about different tracks are added…
Actually, it’s a :33 second track 😉
If you’re a purist (or some like to call it perfectionist) like me, you’ll be frustrated by the fact that even Recording Sessions do not contain all the film versions of cues used in movies. And for this fact, I started my series of Ultimate Editions, not because I have too much time on my hands (certainly not) but because I care about music in movies, and I care about them a lot. I feel that many scores aren’t treated properly, even with the availability of expandeds/bootlegs/sessions. Many of the released scores are just too limited to enjoy the music as you heard it in the movie, as it stayed with you when you watched it the first time, as you remember it so many years later. And for that reason above all, I want the music that I deeply care about, to be complete. And that’s the motivation behind this series, try to recreate the score how I remember it… with all the music that is actually heard in the movie.
I’m already thinking about movies for my next project… suggestions are always welcome!
Gladiator, for sure
definitely worth the treatment but doesn’t need to be a Zimmer score per s
I know it doesn’t, but those are two amazing scores i’d love to see treated. As non – Zimmer suggestions, i would say Braveheart, or Last of the mohicans
Yes, Braveheart and Titanic are on the top of my list. But as you know, those are very difficult to tackle, with the lack of sessions or non-fx completes for these movies out there.

BtW, i will post my thoughts on your Pearl Harbour edition as soon as i get around to listening to it 🙂 i am still amazed at how your TTRL ultimate edition sounds, and I listen to it daily…
Would you Please PM me.
Thanks very much!
I sincerely hope Michael Bay will just keep making Transformer movies to the end of his days. It would keep him from EVER trying his hand again at a subject that requires intelligence and subtlety.
So, I can’t wait to listen to this one. Thank you so much, your work is much appreciated! 😉

Thanks to my buddy Anakinbetrayal I was able to fix these 2 tracks, that I originally thought were the film versions but turned out to be slightly different. Only sublte differences here (changes in intro/volume levels of instruments/etc…) but for purists amongst us, it has to be right. So download the fixes and replace them in your original download.
For more information, see the updated track by track breakdown in first post.
Why is this movie insulting? I have heard it before (especially from Americans) but I can’t understand why. I think this movie (aside the obviously forced love-story and the horrendous 30min retaliation) is great to watch and has been a reference for action war movies for years. The score is not Zimmers greatest, I agree wit you there, however, I think it fits the movie perfectly.

You either love him or hate him… for me, he’s quite allright. I would not say an inspiration for filmmaking but he has definitely earned his spot in movie history.
No, first make more posts, then come back.
The movie is insulting because it trivializes a historic event and the suffering of thousands to a comic-book level adventure with hideous, crass f/x, plus hollow, blatant flagwaving to boot. Aiding and abetting this is Zimmer’s childish, fanfare-happy score.

In saying that, I am not sure you already listen to the entire composition… And I would be surprised if you did, since you did not like the film. "fanfare-happy score" ?? Not my opinion… I agree, sometimes, happy themes (beginning & end of the movie)… But, mainly, dramatic themes…
And Zimmer’s score is indeed fanfare-happy, which means: it’s chock-full of empty, rhetoric bombast. Kind of like the music you expect from a man who’s not really a composer.
Agreed, and sure, not as dramatic as TTRL but this is a completely different movie, with focus on the narrative whereas PH has it’s focus on the action. Wimpel69, just listen to the second half of this track: Rafe and Danny Return – Hospital Chaos / or last part of End Credits. Imo one of Zimmer’s best emo-themed cues ever…

Nothing against you, but I think you’re tough… Most of compositions he made recently are such similar that I’m wondering sometimes "is that movie or that one ??". Some themes from King Arthur are exactly the same as Pirates Of The Caribbean : Dead Man’s Chest !!!
Don’t misunderstood, mostly, I like his compositions… But, in recent years, nothing really "powerfull" or "original"… I think for example of POTC : One Stranger Tides, such less great than POTC : At World’s End ( the best POTC’s score)… And for Dark Knight Rises, even if it’s a great score, less interested or original than Dark Knight (perhaps because no James Newton Howard this time).
My point is, with Pearl Harbor, he succeeded in originality, and most important, themes are varied … And there’s not a lot of Zimmer’s score like that one…

"Hospital Chaos" … This track…So dramatic… It’s because of this track that Pearl Harbor is one of my favorite Zimmer’s score 😉
I couldn’t disagree with you more… sure, it lacks a good narrative, but if you look beyond that and see what he did with visual and practical effects, in that period of time, it’s just mindblowing. The bluray DTS-MA track has been a reference audio disc for years, to this day, I still show it to people at home to show off my audio system.

Yes, maybe some cues lack a bit of ambience and emo but look at what others do… don’t tell me Horner isn’t chock-full of empty, rhetoric bombast. He keeps recycling cues over and over again, Zimmer does it too but to a much lesser extent. And ftr, Horner is also one of my fav composers.

For more information, see the updated track by track breakdown in first post.
Just got your PM with the links, StRuPiE, thanks! I’ll check this when the download finishes, but can I assume the UPDATE above is included in the current links you’re sharing?
I was also wondering… do you have higher resolution versions of the front and back covers from your original post? I like the design, but they’re a bit small. Oh, maybe they’re included in the RAR… must download faster.
Thanks again!
The hires covers are also available in the package. Enjoy!
Thanks in advance
thank you
could you pleae PM me the link, too?
Thanks in advance

It’s not just you, I haven’t heard anything back either. The OP hasn’t been on the forum for about 3 days so hopefully when he comes back the links should be sent if anyone else is wondering 🙂

NO! Post 4 more comments and he’ll send it to you via PM.

What T-Mann means to say is that you need to have 5 posts in order to activate your pm functions. Until then you cannot send OR receive pm’s. Once you hit 5, there will a be a lag while the system resets. Please note that if you post more than once consecutavely that the system automatically combines them and it will only count as one.
This sums up the words I have for you right now, StRuPiE:
Congratulations and, please, send me a PM!
