Pretty sure he meant the TV special, not the movie that has yet to be released considering this was originally posted back in Jan of this year. That said, I don’t believe a soundtrack for the TV special was released. Its been quite a long time since I’ve seen the special, but I assume they just pulled music from the Conan and Lupin series soundtrack. I could be wrong, though.

Yup, I meant the TV special. I tried looking in both anime soundtracks, but couldn’t find any of the tracks played in the special. I guess they didn’t release it after all.

I finally managed to find the soundtracks I was looking for. Turns out that they were from existing soundtracks from the Lupin specials/movies. Thank you for the link!
