And my time is a piece of wax fallin’ on a termite…. ( Beck – Loser )
Definitely. This movie’s great fun—and makes for an interesting score, too, something I consider sort of the Catch Me If You Can of James Horner’s career.
Giant Robo Episode 5 (1994) – 09 – The Truth of Bashtarlle (http://kiwi6.com/file/7hi4ap4z98)
Sneakers (1992) – 04 – Playtronics Break-In (http://kiwi6.com/file/7ea5ke82bw)
EDIT: Oh, and the Pelican Brief :’D

Thanks for streichorchester (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f72/giant-robo-osts-1-7-masamichi-amano-49552/#post1146069) for pointing this out :’D
I added these little gems and the brief info to my Sneakers file.
TY 🙂

PianoFiles has listings for it but then again they list a lot of things, so who knows if it’s genuine or not.
True story:
La-La Land and Sony Music were trying to release the complete score in 2012 in time for the film’s 20th anniversary, but Universal Pictures turned them down (disappointing both LLL and Sony – yes even the Sony guys were bummed by it) and no reason for turning them down was ever given.

Man oh man is that disappointing. I give a big fat finger to the Universal people for that one. Despite that bad news, it’s still good in a way – now i know that they HAVE the material to do it and that there are people in the right places interested in getting it done. Let a few years go by, some personnel changes happen at Universal, and maybe we’ll finally get it.

I agree, Universal screwed up on that one.
Either way, I’m so very, very pleased that an extended score exists. Is there more information about the extended Sneakers score available beyond the information that’s been divulged on the expanded score thread?
