Honestly, for me, Devil May Cry should have ended with the first game. Final Opinion.
This Dante does not atract me, in any sense. But, the concept and the visual presentation, from what I saw and played in the demo, was amazing and a very festival for my mind and eyes. The church scene was the one where my balls …. well… fall.. XDXD
Personally, I dont like this Dante. But…. (I always have buts) this is juts on what I base myself in the demo. Maybe his character development may catch my "liking" on him. But so far, from what I can REALLY say about it, is that the Concept of the Game and Story interests me, not only that, but if in the demo they showed us that stuff, I am expecting more amazing levels with such presentation.
About the music… For me, Masami Ueda and that is my Final Opinion. DMC2 had a more or less good music, but not much memorable has the Masami Ueda. DMC3, despite my fu**ing deep hatred in that game, the music was Good. I was surprised indeed with those vocals of Shawn McPherson, but at some point I grew tired of it. The same for DMC4 in wich I only like the Special Soundtrack, believe it or not. DMC4 has amazing music, yes, but…
Shawn McPherson again? why? it is not that I dont like his voice. But…. somehow I felt a bit of…more of the same.
I think "Out of Darkness (Prologue)" and "Swipe of Sword" are the really good tracks, for me.
And honestly, I dont know noisia or combichrist, but I seriously dont want to hear again the same thing "Shawn "McPherson Syndrome" again.
I am expecting, HORROR tunes, and ACTION HORROR tunes for what this game is about. I am afraid of hearing anything that might kill the mood and the environment.
My opinion only. Feel free to get enraged because I just dont care. Free world, Free speech. XD

But there is nothing I like in that game. The more I saw the more I hate it. I hate Dante personality in that game. DMC4 I never saw it or played it, but honestly I dont want to.

I’ve played the demo, and it’s still keeping the ambient music that the DMC series has been using, and it was very fun, so I’m expecting good things from DmC Devil May Cry.

I’ve played the demo, and it’s still keeping the ambient music that the DMC series has been using, and it was very fun, so I’m expecting good things from DmC Devil May Cry.

The music I heard in the game, was entering the mood of DMC, indeed. But I have heard this soundtrack already. My opinion is that I like and I dont like. some tracks are good, other’s just… not good enough to hear again. The cd is also very tiredsome to me because of the insistent drummstep drops they made to look like evil sound, creepy sound, which at certain point it irritates me. :/
Tracks 01, 02, 21, 22, 25, 28, 34 are my favorite. Though these guys do have a talent on them. The "not so electronic" tracks with some sinthesized strings that work as symphony were very good indeed. In the game ALL music may work good and well mixed with the evinronment of the game. That I can say for sure. But I expected more. XD

Agrotech? really? 0.o
I heard some of their music on youtube, and it is not catchy at all. Like all the agrotech style groups. Grendel and Tantrum are still the best Agrotech style for me. At least their music is not repetitive and dont tend to make get sick of it-

Although I can’t stand dubstep, this album seems FAR more than just plain "WUB-WUB-WUB"! I am listening to the album… I don’t know .. maybe 5th time now and ready to re-listen to this album many times in the future. the beginning of the "Barbas" track reminded me of some old CAPCOM games (I don’t even say about "Arcade Machine" and "Virility Advert"). Ending of "The Trade" track reminded of my drum’n’bass parties and raves I had back in the school time. "Mundus Theme" is absolutely mind-blowing fucking epic choon!!! Good that they (NOISIA or whoever) kept the Dante’s voice sample as in the original soundcloud demo. When I saw the track called "Eyeless" I, for some reason, expected to hear if not the original but at least something that sounds like SlipKnot’s "Eyeless". LOL! "Kat’s Theme", "Better Half" – is it really NOISIA??? Wow, just WOW!! "Home Truth" remind me of Tetsuya Shibata’s piano works. So… Not sure about you guys but I will definitely pick up the game itself as soon as it will surface. I liked the demo and now this amazing score.

The voice actor for the old Dante even said it looks awesome. That’s an endorsement that just can’t be beat.
