As far as I understood from Xiami is that it follows some concept of points sharing. So, even if you are registered with them certain OSTs are restricted and will not be freely downloadable unless you reach some stage or probably shared something. This could not be 100 % for all available OSTs though because few other OSTs can be downloaded from that site easily. In conclusion, my best guess that rare stuff that you always seek are subject to this sort of restrictions :/
