UPDATE: I’ve been re-ripping some of the games I had originally done with my VA6 Genesis; the VA3 provides a much stronger signal, and I’m not using the Sega CD so as to record as close to the source as possible. Wasn’t any real problem with the original Altered Beast rip, but I wanted to make sure. This rip replaces the old one.

Here is the OST for Altered Beast, recorded from the headphone jack of a Model 1 Genesis with a VA3 revision motherboard. Audio was captured using a Behringer U-Phono UFO202 and Audacity 2.0.1. Aside from some volume optimization, this is raw audio straight from an actual console, no emulation. Each looping track was allowed to play twice, then given a 10-second fade-out. Tracks are named according to the official OST (http://vgmdb.net/album/727).
