So is the singing in this one German? Or is it in English and there’s just bonus tracks or something that only the Germans got? I don’t get it. Thanks.

The Instrumental tracks are the same, only the tracks with singing are in german. It is the same procedure for any language in the Disney soundtrack kingdom.
