Apparently, Orie, this is an Android Phone FF Title. It WAS going to be for 3DS, but, I guess it didn’t "Make The Catch". Or maybe THEY ARE, but, they just didn’t green-light it, yet.
I’ve gathered this information just by searching, a bit. 😉

I’m not sure if it’s every song from the game, but, if you ask me…21 songs…I highly doubt it.
As you can see…Or more like HEAR…FF Dimension for the Android Phone has arranged Songs from FF Legends: Hikari to Yami no Senshi.

then this is on the wrong place. It should be requested in the game music requests. I asked what was this because I knew nothing of an ANIME of FF that would be comming. That is the Why of my question.
