Owh I see. but I wanna mention it.

1. Release date for album was cancelled (One Piece FILM Z Original Soundtrack Animation Soundtrack [CD] (http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.html?KEY=AVCA-49979)), therefore I sure that – -this is not from CD-rip. We only can get 320kbps from CD, instead from itunes.
2. Usually, if we buy sample audio from itunes generally 256kbps with file format m4a or AAC. How can animeost get it in 320kbps?
3. For make sure that that is real 320kbps, we can use audio spek software.

I will provide evidence as PrtSc.

I use dbpoweramp and it tells me the bit rate of all tracks on my computer. I haven’t checked the one on animeost but it’s possible that it’s 320kbs considering the CD is indeed real and out there.

It will be great if you can ripping it becomes ape+cue+log+png.

Emm, i want to point three-four things:

1 – People usually wouldnt care if you believe them or not. AnimeOST or people right here they wont want to (and wont) prove nothing only just for you, so if i were you, ill stay quiet and let the release coming as the uploader wants, no conditions, no request, etc. �Why?? Because such behaviour usually is a pain in the ass to the uploader and he/she wont upload nothing.

2 – �Liar? Im not lying. I didnt know it was a transcode because i didnt check it myself. BTW i dont know if this is really a transcode. �Why im saying that after seeing the caps?

Because in the past some guys tell the same about one of the Rockman (Or was Garou Densetsu) official soundtrack that were ripped in FLAC/320 and has the same spectrum as the 160 one… And in the end, the product was like that xD.

3 – I dont really know if thats the case or this is a "filtration" of the original soundtrack which is selling nowadays. Could be, who knows…

4 – Thanks for telling everyone (ATM) it could be fake, we will wait till proper ver. will be released (Just to clarify something, not all the OST’s in animeOST are transcodes…)

Seems like this is legit Thread 124709 than rip from animeost. We can see or compare it from file size.
