Here is the OST for Dragon’s Fury, recorded from the headphone jack of a Model 1 Genesis with a VA3 revision motherboard. Audio was captured using a Behringer U-Phono UFO202 and Audacity 2.0.1. Aside from some volume optimization and a few very precise edits, this is raw audio straight from an actual console, no emulation. Each looping track was allowed to play twice, then given a 10-second fade-out. Tracks are named according to the VGM file.

Could you please provide MP3 versions of this set, or at least of Tracks 13 (Score Tally 1) and 15 (Score Tally 3)? I managed to convert all but these two songs: dunno why, but my converter’s unable to create those exact two files.

Tracks 13 and 15 are unusually short, less than 2 seconds each; it’s possible your converter had trouble with them for that reason.

After listening to the omake tracks, especially ‘Venus Fire’ i decided that you have to rip Thunder Force III music too. 😀
No, seriously, that tune just catapulted me right back into the action. That game was awesome, and so is the music. 🙂

I have a few other rips to get out of the way first, but in the near future I’m planning to do a "compound rip" of the Genesis Thunder Force trilogy like I did with Streets Of Rage. (This will include a minty-fresh re-rip of Thunder Force IV.) So give me a couple of weeks, and I’ll see what I can do…
