There isn�t any rare score to the last instalment of the Rocky saga.
The only thing that has circulated is fan bootlegs (with songs and some Conti stuff taken from the DVD)
The only all new music Conti did for Balboa, was the Little Marie theme which sadly isn�t featured here.

dont forget conquest. in balboa conquest is slightly extended, the part where rocky is knocked out and he says to himself "get up"
