As with most of my uploads, this was edited and mixed to suit my tastes. Most of the changes made are to reflect a more film accurate listening experience. But as always, not to the point of ridiculous anality, but rather what "feels" right. The ones in bold have been tampered with the most. Some are simple cases of being edited together (as they were in the film), some have been split into seperate cues (as they were in the film). Like I said, I wasn’t too anal about it all, but rather based my decisions on what "felt" right. Speaking of "feel", 3 tracks in particular need some extra ‘splaining…

Track 25 begins with my version of "Simmons Back In Action". The cue on the "Complete Score" as presented by scorepranos (without whom NONE of this would be possible) wasn’t actually used in the film, so I mixed a few bits together to give roughly the same "feel" to the tracked music used in it’s place, in the film.

Track 40 is, well, my initial attempt at replicating the feel of the music that underscores the invasion of Chicago. The majority of that music, of course, consists of "Heed Our Warning" from the ROTF Score. I edited the cue as closely to the film version as I felt was necessary. I even added a little bit of Sentinel’s/Dylan’s "traitor" music during the middle, before going back into "Heed Our Warning". Again, merely trying to EVOKE the music in the film, not claiming it’s spot-on… because that it ain’t. MAKE NO MISTAKE, I’m really not even proud of this cut per se, but as I probably will not get back to making a better version anytime soon, it’ll have to do as a placeholder. At best, it may even be enjoyed by others!

Track 42. A cue that was ultimately unused in the film ("Sneak Into The City Part 2") segues into "The Autobots Return". I did this for 2 reasons.
-1.) When listening to the end of "SITC P2" and the beginning of "TAR" it is quite clear they were originally meant to flow from one to the other (also clear from watching the film too).
-2.) It’s a kick-ass little cue that I didn’t want to leave off!

Alright, enough gabbing… Needless to say, this all took some time and I feel it came out OK. One day I’ll get back to putting all the finishing touches I want on and fixing any little things that still bug me. But for now, it’s not a bad listen.

Mostly the way the majority of it is mixed, edited, joined, seperated etc etc etc… but there are a few surprises that I’m sure I’m not even remembering… Plus, as I stated in my initial post…
