The score has been released in 2007 in a box set and 2011 as a stand alone release both sold out!
But before these releases there was a bootleg from Gemini records which contained the original score from a promo tape made at the time of the film 14 tracks
These come up from time to time on ebay!
! It has been suggested although this Bootleg has slight background hiss its the original cues as used in the movie where as the above releases
from 2007 and 2011 have been reworked or re recorded and sound less original and more sterile in sound! Maybe someone can confirm this?

I only have the 2007 Box set so I have no point of reference in regards to the boot you speak of.
