yeah.. i hate when people don’t deliver on what they say

not trying to kindle false-hope or anything but it’s possible that he just forgot or ran into some kind of difficulty. maybe his "source" is full of shit and is telling him that the SAW II cues came from an EMP master archive…when really they might just be from the public catalog.
all being said, i still wouldnt be too surprised if we we didnt get anything at all. but that’s just me…im a skeptic.

well, my bullshit-meter reading is climbing. it’s been weeks…not even an email reply from this dude.
given the circumstances i’m willing to bet that those cues came directly from the EMP catalogue.
he’s even missing a cue in his trackist and upload…maybe with no coincidence. (it’s one of the cues that doesn’t play properly on the EMP site.)

the random "20"’s that you see in the cue titles is a big hint. any media files downloaded with Download Helper have those inserted into the filename, along with random "%"’s (which he could’ve removed with a mass-file-renaming program). this means that the cues were more than likely ripped from an internet source (EMP catalogue, maybe).
as well as the bitrate…128k…same bitrate from both EMP catalogues…
something definitely smells.

He should keep us informed… Something is not right 🙁 Stygian can I ask you a favor ? Can you upload few tracks from saw ? That would mean a lot to me 🙂 it’s Saw 2 ”can’t trust you (Alternative)” ”Pucifer long edit” and saw V tittle mixes 🙂 that what I only missing on my saw score collection :/ can you help ?

SAW III – The Complete Score will be released on January 1st.

SAW IV – The Complete Score will be released on January 8th.
SAW V – The Complete Score will be released on January 15th.
SAW VI – The Complete Score will be released on February 7th.
SAW VII – The Complete Score will be released on February 14th.

I have also acquired the complete scores of The Collection (2012) and The Stepfather (2009).
As a gesture of good faith, The Stepfather – The Complete Score will be released on December 11th.

I have a couple questions though about these scores.
There is one disturbingly haunting track from Saw that plays when Amanda begins to break down after her testimony of the Reverse Bear Track. Is this score cue included in the complete release?
Saw III features a number of varied tracks from the original release. The Unrated film has a different score cut of the Freezer Room and Final Test, a much longer and more emotional cut of The Rack, and there is an intro cue to the Pig Juicer (that I believe was a sample from a hard-rock song). By any chance are these score cues going to be on the Saw III Complete?
I’m also hoping that the dance song from the club scene from The Collection will be on the score. I believe it’s appropriately titled "Lose Your Head" but that’s just a guess.

Any info you have is appreciated, and thanks again for working on obtaining these amazing scores!

in addition to that, i dont know why we have to wait that long if he really has them. i have also requested that he provide some cue-lists and samples for the purpose of aiding credibility, but none have shown thus far.

I’m going to remain cautiously optimistic. I think it’s possible that his source can only release certain scores at a time, and only intermittently… so cues samples might be impossible to release until the actual score is available. I’m guessing EMP wouldn’t be happy if they found out that the scores were being leaked, so I can see why someone releasing them would try to do so as subtly as possible. Tracklistings would be nice, but as we all know, those can be written by anyone.

I’ll wait to hear some more info, but either way, it’s nice to finally hear some news about Charlie Clouser’s scores again.

The only way you’re going to get them is lifting an actual CD from their archive or get someone to get them for you (odds of which are next to nothing). Nothing we CAN do but wait, at this point.

we already technically have a complete score for saw III, you know. not with other mixes and alt’s but it basically includes all the cues used in the film.

Yeah… But The Rack score score unrated sounds muc more epic and final test from directors cut and pig juicer and few more never released scores… Guess CC got a lot of money for these scores

i wouldnt necessarily say he got a lot of money for them, that would really depend on how well the movie did…which was pretty all right, but not excellent (like TDKR, per se).
also, those directors-cut versions were not likely mixed by charlie clouser. they were probably made at the dubbing stage. unless you have the pre-dub, which youre not going to have, you won’t be able to get those directors cut versions.

That’s a shame, there are a few cuts in the Director’s Cut that are significantly better than the Theatrical. The Freezer and The Rack are two that jump to mind, but I know there are more.
