The question is, I’ve ordered the POKEMON BLACK 2 WHITE 2 SUPER MUSIC COMPLETE OST CD and I’m not doing a game rip. the actual question is when getting the music off the CD will it come as a MP3 so no need to do conversions

You can choose what format to rip it into. By default it will be WAV (lossless) but you can pick FLAC or MP3 (lossy), or any other.

For high quality rip get Exact Audio Copy and follow this guide: Thread 91868

Otherwise there’s a whole bunch of programs out there that will rip a CD into any desirable format.
