Enjoy!!!! 😉
If this is the actual complete score then there should only be about three to four tracks needed to complete it, including the end credits, the brief music in the opening chase, the scene where Fields trips Elvis, the scene with Felix and James, and the scene when Bond receives the note saying RUN. That is all that comes to mind.

Cipher, this is the actual complete score. All of the tracks you are mentioning, are included in this edition. The bootleg release of this complete score also contained tha video game music by Christopher Lennertz (that’s why it’s been regarded as incomplete). I’ve excluded those tracks. I guarantee that THIS IS THE COMPLETE SCORE FOR "QUANTUM OF SOLACE"!!! 😉
First of all, there are numerous source music tracks (renamed to sound like cue names) by Jamie Cuadra (amongst others). Missing cues include the bar escape music ("James, move your ass"), a brief cue is also mixing from the second part of the taxi ride and the album suites from the OST are still here, just with track dividers to split them into gapless individual tracks.
The dead giveaway is the end credits piece, which is a hasty cut and paste job of the beginning of "The Name’s Bond…James Bond" from Casino Royale(!!!), with the actual end credits from Quantum of Solace ripped from DVD (after the gunshot). Since the bootleggers couldn’t remove the sound effect, they just cut together two similar sounding pieces to make a clean credits piece. You can spot the splice quite cleaning (and a spectral analysis shows where the edit happens too).
On top of all that, there are three tracks by composer Antonio Pinto from the score to Lord of War – which are totally unrelated to the film. Antonion Pinto did actually provide a track called "10" for Quantum of Solace, but this is a private, unreleased track and it was not from Lord of War.
I was just as excited as you when I saw this, jmlangdon, but alas its nothing more than a padded out OST with random unrelated music. The real complete score is yet to surface 🙁
Okay, then can we get a rundown here of what’s NOT on the OST? Meaning which pieces on this edition are truly unreleased bits from QofS?
Also, which three cues are the Pinto cues that aren’t Quantum-related?
Nothing – unless you count half of the end credits ripped from DVD. The rest is source music (the opera, Cuadra tracks) and those weird Pinto tracks. Other than that, there is no new music from this score.
Jmlangdon, I dont remember which tracks are from Lord of War but I laid the QoS tracks against the LoW tracks and they matched.

So is there anything on this set worth adding to the edit available in your expanded Bond thread?
I added one source track (properly credited) to my set, as its the most obvious one in the film and the tone fits alongside the score nicely. I also have the proper film credits, not a mix between CR and QOS.

Just wanted to make sure!
Agreed! I was elated when I saw it had been made, but when I played throught it I was pissed off. Nothing new at all. On top of that, some of the bonus tracks are lossy sourced – iTunes, no less!

Thanks a lot for this. I’d been searching for that Antonio Pinto track, so now I can stop looking. Thanks for clearing up all these other tracks too.

Thanks
Seconded.
I won’t reupload this, since I do not intend to be part of spreading this useless piece of crap some jerk made up in order to get some benefit from it.
