I’m looking for DR. NO 50TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION, Harkit Records.

I believe what are you looking for is a fake thing 🙁 I hope I’m wrong, I’d like an expanded edition of Dr. No score, but that seems unlikely to happen, as a matter of fact the master tape is lost… so the only thing we could expect is a re-recording of the score.

Here’s hoping it’ll happen, but I’m not holding my breath though.

Anything that’s lost can be found I guess, but if its destroyed there’s no way for a resurrection occurring.

Well it’s not a fake album, it exists and have some new tracks added to the original album:

however there isn’t mention about which was the source used for the additional tracks. So the new tracks could be from a poor source inferior than that used in the original album.

So no one has bought this yet D:? I’d like for someone who has done it, and has a big heart, would be so nice to share it with us 🙂

I have heard it and it’s neither not from master tape (apparently it is lost forever), or from the Prague recording.
More than likely the source was taken directly from the audio mix of the film combined with the tracks from the original soundtrack. You can even hear the sound that comes when Bond hits the tarantula with the shoe.

It’s a pretty awful product. I’ve heard bootlegs sounding better than this.

It’s a real shame. They should not be offering that as an official product, or at the least be upfront about the sources.

I see, even the cover sucks .__. It remembers me of the opening titles of Tomorrow Never Dies, nothing to do with the actual Dr. No film 🙁

Yea, seems RS is capping the amount of traffic a link gets now. Speed is great, but amount of dl’s is now limited. Saw discussion on it on soulseek. Free users get like a gig or something, then it’s dead. I do not know if that is per link, or user traffic totals. Either way, RS is becoming almost useless now.
