please. Do not compare Kentaroh Haneda with Yoshihiro Ike. Their styles are very different.
But.. I am also on the Haneda side. 🙂 But is because of my love and nostalgia of it. :p

The funky jazzy style of Haneda was so fitting the anime, I think Ike should have sticked with it.
But you’re right, nostalgia is talking right now 🙂
That Sasja has such a sensual voice and she’s nice too.

Ike tried to go for the same ay has Haneda if you listen with more detail. The thing is that, he has his own style of composing. And Ike does work in some jazz stuff for Sasja. She fit very well on the story., I have not yet seen this anime. But I do see it with Ike fitting it well on it.-

Just don’t watch the anime if you want to keep a good souvenir of Cobra. It’s not that bad, at least for those who don’t know the first serie. Stringed women and bad guys everywhere. Good action and the plots continue where it ended in the 80’s (30 years already?! Feeling old right now). But too damn much CGI and a huge lack of colors.
I’m currently listening to the soundtrack and I have to admit it’s not bad (the guy just doesn’t want to say it’s a good soundtrack:)) when it’s orchestral.
Stardust Blues is really great as I can easily imagine Cobra having a drink in the sundawn. The style reminds me some Cowboy Bebop stuff
The only "disapointment" is that the OP is in tv size (less than 2min) but the song is just marvelous!

Thank you so much. Is not Kaneda but still it is very good music. The anime is also very good. Sure it does not have the amazing animation of the older series,but it feels like a continuation and also it has some of the better stories, like the one of the climbing mountain. Every fan of the series should watch it.

It is not that he uses his power the tyrant way! Good people are often too soft even to be felt. But beware when doing something against the law! Reposting in this way while the links are still alive is far from being polite. Mirrors are always fine and welcomed but re-introducing the whole thing in this way, well seems to be out of context.
